Yes, I was lucky that my neighbor took a picture. I don't know if I would have thought to do that at the time.Lupe Ruiz-Floreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14774297189032331537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8731001015254089831.post-73638798288804945532010-02-12T09:58:09.591-06:002010-02-12T09:58:09.591-06:00Aren't deer beautiful? For a just a flash I saw a deer tear around the side of the house, leap the four foot chain link fence, and race down the side of the drainage ditch.
One of those mass builders had clear cut a hill off of Judson Road and built houses all the way to the top. In doing that, a small herd of deer had been driven off into our area. They must have been following the drainage ditches and one got separated.
I always hoped it found its way back to the herd. I wish it had stopped to graze so I could have snapped a picture--great neighbor you have! I don't think my neighbor believed me when she got home from work and I told her about it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8731001015254089831.post-44937696330907543622010-02-12T07:38:43.755-06:002010-02-12T07:38:43.755-06:00Poor deer.
